Between July and September 2021, the annual financial statements Holodomor Museum International Fund CO submitted for 2020 were audited. Following a decision made by the Fund’s Supervisory Board, the audit was done by Deloitte & Touche USC LLC.
The Contractor carried out the audit of the Fund’s 2020 annual financial statements that comply with the Accounting Regulation (Standard) of Ukraine 25 ‘Simplified Financial Statements’. The audit was performed in accordance with the auditing standards developed by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board of the International Federation of Accountants (International Standards on Auditing or ISA). The purpose of the audit was to express the Contractor’s opinion on the said Financial Statements and provide the Audit Opinion.
The independent auditor’s positive opinion states the following: “In our opinion, the attached financial statements accurately reflect, in all material respects, the Entity’s financial position as of 31 December 2020 and its financial performance for the year ended on this date, in accordance with the National Accounting Regulation (Standard) («П(с)БО») 25 Simplified Financial Statements and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine regarding preparation of financial statements (the Law on Accounting and Financial Reporting).”
